not necessarily. :) you can do yoga and not be vegetarian.

it's just that there are lots of health benefits for going green, and ppl who are into that more peaceful lifestyle tend to try it.

and it is a lot easier to do yoga and meditate when you are vegetarian. non-vegetarians who have tried it both ways have been able to feel the difference. the mind and the body react differently and they've reported it so.

it's really interesting.

hmmm... i'd be a carnivore/yoga master before i was a vegitarian/yoga master :)

pero nah... talves me coma una hamburguesa de huevos con ahí... en vez de huevos con salami...
