Because Our Thoughts Make THE Difference

"If you don't like something, change it;
if you can't change it,
change the way you think about it."

Oh my god, you are, like, a box full of wisdom candy to give out to everyone! You have given so much insight. I lean on your blog for inspiration! It is my morning push, my alkaline batteries. Are you sure you are that young? If only people came here more often we wouldn't be having such prejudice in the world, such wars, such hunger, such misery, such a situation in the middle east, really, we must change the way we think about it all CHEYE, you couln't have been more right, and I am going to start with me! Accepting my estranged father, and my long lost brother.

Kiss CHEYE
xoxo

That's a very good quote, m'encanta eso.

Pero a veces, its not that easy to change the way we think about things, but I guess trying is the best anyone can ask for

what if i will never like it?
i can't just change what i think. i can maybe try to understand it, or accept it or rebel. but i don't think i can change what i think just because i can't change whatever i don't like.

sand- hehehe. gee, thanks... oh and that's always the best starting point- oneself. :)

nels- i'm glad it's "better", hehe. no te apures, avisare cuando haya concert!!

rein- yeah, trying is a beginning :)

lad- the good thing is you never have to. and i agree that some things are just not likeable. but i guess changing the way we think is not necessarily starting to like something, maybe it could also be choosing a different approach. maybe doing something about it, something that will help make it better, even if it's just a tiny bit.
