Equanimous Happiness

In the Baghavad Gita it says that one should practice equanimity. This is the art of staying cool whether one wins or loses, hurts or laughs, is happy or sad.

Over time we learn that happiness based on externals is as constant as sand running through our fingers.

We must plant the seeds of true joy in a deeper, more stable place that we're always in, on a person that we're always with, somewhere only we can put it or take it out of...

Within ourselves.
