Your Feelings Don't Have to Depend On What Happens to You

What Happens to You Is Based on the Way YOU Decide to Feel.
If you choose to feel good most of the time and connect with the laughing part of you, you'll be up to any challenge, confident and radiant. You will focus more on the positive things that happen to you, and you will feel life is good in general, with a few possibly uncomfortable moments- but those can always be solved.
If you choose to feel ungood most of the time and connect with the crying part of you, you'll feel discouraged before any obstacle. You will focus more on the negative things that happen to you, and you will feel life is bad in general, with a few possibly joyous moments, which don't last very long.
We attract what we put our attention on.
